ABOUT ME
Welcome to the world of all things food as medicine! I'm Cameron Conway, and I'd like to share my journey with you.
My path to becoming a dietitian began in 2014 when I discovered the amazing healing power of food. I found myself tired, sick, and looking for anything to help me feel relief from severe GI discomfort. I had an "aha!" moment when I found myself taking 5 different over-the-counter medications per day - there had to be a better way. And there was. I used food as medicine and now I rarely, if ever, take drugstore medications.
Today, I want to positively impact others' lives through nutritional guidance. What we put into our bodies and the thoughts and environments we experience determine how we feel inside. My path has taken me to a place where I am able to empower others to take control of their health and achieve vitality with science-backed knowledge. I've learned to listen to my body, comprehend its needs, and provide it the nourishment it deserves.
Translating this insight into easily understood and implemented practices, I am determined to be a source of guidance and support for others facing similar challenges.

Mission
My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve optimal well-being through personalized and holistic nutrition. Treating the body as a unit, we will address all parts of you and make achievable and evidence-based strategies to help you be and feel your best.
Besides being obsessed with food, I am an avid hiker, yogi, and dog lover. I became a certified yoga instructor in 2017 (RYS-200), and I love being outdoors.
